Associate Manager, Content Localization

📋 Description

• Lead daily language execution across text, UI, VO scripts, and marketing copy
• Manage a small team of Language Leads, Linguistic Specialists, or reviewers
• Coordinate production with Localization Producers and content teams
• Track delivery progress and localization milestones
• Provide guidance on terminology, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Represent language teams in planning meetings and sprint reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in content localization or linguistics, ideally in games/entertainment
• Strong quality principles: tone-of-voice, transcreation, cultural nuance
• Familiar with CAT tools, terminology systems, Jira, Confluence, CMS
• Proven ability to manage schedules and multi-workstream delivery
• Mentor peers, onboard new contributors, and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; English fluency required
