📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day paid social and display campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Support affiliate marketing operations; monitor spend and partner coordination.
• Develop and test new audience segments to expand priority groups.
• Monitor performance; identify scale opportunities and optimize spend.
• Launch and evaluate tests on emerging digital platforms; contribute growth opportunities.
• Partner on creative strategy to reflect brand priorities and growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience managing digital marketing channels (paid social, paid search, display).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Power BI; ability to derive insights.
• Strong Excel skills; analyze campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
• Working knowledge of paid social and paid search; testing mindset.
• Curious, test-and-learn mindset with hypotheses, testing plans, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
