Associate Manager, Hardware Test Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to hardware test strategy and planning for multiple products
• Supervise a small team of Hardware Test Engineers and Hardware QA Testers
• Develop, execute, review test plans; perform data analysis and root-cause investigations
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams throughout product development
• Drive quality improvements and ensure readiness at EVT/DVT/MP stages
• Hands-on technical contributor for hardware tests, test documentation, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field
• 6+ years in hardware testing/quality engineering with leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills
• Experience developing hardware test plans from requirements
• Proficient with test tools, documentation, and lab practices
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
