Associate Manager, Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Lead FCC audits from planning through reporting, demonstrating regulatory knowledge across US and
• Own audit scoping, stakeholder management, fieldwork, data analysis, and remediation validation
• Drive process mapping and control design assessments to identify gaps
• Partner with business leaders to understand processes, controls, and risk areas
• Shape clear audit reports and executive summaries for senior leaders
• Mentor teammates on fieldwork, workpapers, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in audit, financial crimes compliance, compliance testing, or risk management
• Knowledge of US, EU, and APAC AML, sanctions, and terrorism financing regulations
• Experience with data analysis techniques on large datasets
• Proven ability to independently lead engagements and oversee teams
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for outputs

🎁 Benefits
