📋 Description

• Lead medical education strategy for Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and align with brand goals.
• Develop and execute education programs with virtual and face-to-face formats for HCPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AMI, marketing, medical, legal/compliance, and external
• Manage projects from concept to evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Travel to select programs, events, and conventions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Pharma/device industry experience or training-related background.
• Strong medical education planning, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication; advanced Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• High standards for scientific accuracy, compliance, and educational quality.
