📋 Description

• Support Headway health plan partnerships and strategy
• Promote external payer relations via meetings and conferences
• Drive data analyses to prove patient outcomes and inform strategy
• Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, data & Analytics, and operations
• Help expand Headway's provider network nationwide
• Be willing to travel

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO psychiatrist or PhD clinical psychologist; 3+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years payer or partnership experience, ideally in tech
• Industry influencer with passion for reimagining behavioral health
• Proven thought leader with publications or media appearances
• Strong in communicating clinical information to non-clinical staff; storytelling
• Based on East Coast and willing to travel
