Associate Observability Architect | PST | Remote

📋 Description

• Technical owner for long-term customer success in observability deployments.
• Architect and guide implementation of complex observability solutions across diverse environments.
• Build relationships with engineers, SREs, and architects; embed Grafana technology in
• Lead technical discovery, design, onboarding, and enablement with measurable outcomes.
• Represent customer voice internally to influence product roadmap.
• Hands-on role with deep technical impact and scale-driven influence on customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Located on the West Coast (travel up to 25%) and able to work remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, SE or
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions; Grafana, Prometheus, Loki a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects; excellent problem-solving and communication
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools and programming languages; ability to travel to meet clients.
