Associate, Operational Forecasting

📋 Description

• Forecasting and planning analyses to optimize resourcing and financial planning for production teams
• Operate with stakeholders to align models with business objectives and changes
• Source data from teams and refine for analyses; learn the business and support planning discussions
• Use tools and data platforms such as Workday, Jira, BigQuery, Looker
• Tell data-backed stories that non-technical colleagues can understand
• Collaborate across the organization to identify actions and monitor impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations forecasting
• 2+ years with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights
• 2+ years experience in SQL, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas
• Strong verbal and written communication about business reporting
• 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested statements, connected Sheets)
