Remote role open to candidates residing in Atlanta, GA; may become hybrid in future.
Report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations forecasting
2+ years working with large datasets; ability to distill insights
2+ years SQL, or proficiency in R or Python (Pandas, loops, stats)
Strong communication of business reporting impact
1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested ifs, connected Sheets)
