Forecasting and planning analyses to optimize resourcing and financial planning for production
Report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management.
Remote role open to Dallas, TX residents; may evolve to hybrid per metro area.
Provide insights for budget estimates and business decisions.
Use and learn tools and data platforms (Workday, Jira, BigQuery, Looker).
Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders; own insights for a major business unit.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations forecasting.
2+ years handling large datasets; distill analyses into insights.
2+ years SQL; or proficiency in R or Python (Pandas, loops, stats).
Strong verbal and written communication for business reporting.
1+ years Google Sheets or Excel experience (Vlookup, nested ifs, connected Sheets).
