📋 Description

• Support performance, reliability, and contractual compliance of solar and energy storage portfolio.
• Work with Directors and internal teams to align day-to-day site activities with safety and
• Perform site visits for operations, safety, and contractor performance monitoring, in Arizona.
• Assist in issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives across asset management, energy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in solar and/or energy storage operations, field engineering, or
• Strong analytical skills with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work with internal teams and external
• Strong technical knowledge of PV and/or BESS, substations, and monitoring systems.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and work on-site in Arizona.
