Associate Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead floor operations for a 24/7 AV depot, directing the team during mid shifts and ensuring depot
• Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and workforce planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Oversee training execution and certification compliance across shift teams.
• Manage floor execution, safety inspections, quality standards, and handoffs between shifts.
• Provide mentorship and operational direction to Fleet Operations Leads and Associates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership in AV or complex fleet environments.
• Proven ability to launch and scale new sites/programs with accountability for outcomes.
• Safety, regulatory compliance experience in transportation/automotive or related regulated
• Experience coordinating incident response and multi-vendor support in complex ops.
• Flexible schedule availability for nights, weekends, holidays to support 24/7 operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
