📋 Description

• Lead the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of engagement teams
• Oversee analyses and deliverables, coordinating with subcontractors
• Apply thought leadership to client engagements for actionable insights
• Build and maintain client relationships using healthcare knowledge
• Craft sophisticated communications to motivate client action
• Coach and mentor junior staff through apprenticeship-based development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years working with healthcare providers on strategic/operational initiatives
• 3+ years managing others
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH)
• Prior management consulting experience preferred
• Experience leading operational initiatives like financial performance improvement
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $223,000 – $261,500
