🎯 Requirements

7+ years in healthcare space, customer success or strategic roles
Deep exposure to health system/provider group models and economics
Relationship builder across all levels of an organization
Thrives in ambiguity; drives outcomes
Operationally excellent; able to manage multiple high-impact customers
Motivated by expanding access to mental healthcare
