Associate Producer

📋 Description

• Hybrid, in-office and on-location role in Los Angeles, 3 days/week.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal producers on ideation and production opportunities.
• Manage campaigns across social, digital, events, and post-production channels.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and vendor partnerships under leadership.
• Serve as client-facing production contact within the agency team.
• Ensure trafficking, versioning, and metadata across deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in a production role within an agency or production company.
• Willingness to travel; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Strong production finance skills: budgets, vendor payments, timecards.
• Experience in social, digital, print, experiential events, post, DOOH/OOH, PR.
• Knowledge of Union and Non-Union considerations.
• Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
