📋 Description

• End-to-end product development with licensing partners
• Lead creative output while ensuring brand integrity
• Coordinate with internal/external teams on assets and approvals
• Train licensees on asset usage and approval systems
• Support co-branded promotions across the portfolio
• Maintain legal/trademark compliance and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Creative/Commercial roles (Product Design/Development/Licensing)
• Softlines development knowledge (printing, cut-and-sew, plush)
• Ability to lift/handle product samples; inventory management
• Strong interpersonal skills; manage global relationships
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Attention to detail supporting brand/legal requirements
