Associate Product Manager - Pricing

📋 Description

• Support the Senior Product Manager team across halo categories through product life cycle from
• Maintain product roadmaps and gather voice of customer from dealers, consultants, and end users
• Build and maintain competitive comparisons, product matrices, and spec data for differentiation and
• Develop into product expert for assigned categories; assist sales training and customer-facing
• Monitor competitive landscape and share findings with product management and sales.
• ERP pricing responsibilities: pricing data, list pricing setup, structures, discount management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, supply chain, or related
• 0–3 years in product management, pricing, finance, analytics, marketing, or sales support
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with ERP and quoting platforms (Oracle and AutoQuotes
• Quantitative aptitude; attention to detail; curiosity and drive; strong communication with sales
• Interest in AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analysis, research, and communication with sound judgment
