Associate, Product Strategy (Deliveries)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic creation of Grab Vietnam Deliveries product roadmaps targeting drivers
• Define roadmaps, requirements, and OKRs with business alignment
• Design and deploy experiments (A/B tests, geo-rollouts) to measure impact
• Collaborate with country/regional Product and Strategy teams for deployment
• Iterate rapidly in response to market trends and Grab strategy
• Develop quantitative frameworks to monitor marketplace intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in product/business roles, tech/delivery preferred
• Collaborator with country-regional stakeholders and accountability
• Strong data fluency; SQL, Python, Sheets expertise
• Familiar with analytics tools and models (Claude, GPT, MCPs)
• Data-driven decision making; communicate impact to executives
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; cross-functional communication
