Associate Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Diagnose, configure, troubleshoot Appfire Apps in Atlassian landscape
• Provide L1/L2 technical guidance and issue resolution
• Assist L1/L2/L3 investigations under senior guidance
• Own customer issues from start to finish
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Leads

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team-oriented, flexible shifts (IST 10–7 or 2–11) and weekend rotation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS/IT
