Associate Production Manager

📋 Description

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost for your production line across all shifts.
• Build a culture prioritizing safety and product quality to meet targets.
• Lead, develop, and mentor shift supervisors and staff.
• Own production plan execution: staffing, materials, yield, schedule.
• Drive equipment reliability and OEE with maintenance/engineering.
• Ensure standardized work across shifts and areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in managing teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing, battery/chemical/powder processed preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, SPC, and structured problem solving (8D, A3, DMAIC).
• Experience managing leaders in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
