Associate Project Manager (Marketing) Magic: The Gathering

📋 Description

• Support the planning and delivery of regional MTG marketing projects from brief through to launch
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep campaigns, assets, approvals, and deliverables on track
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and blockers
• Manage workflows, timelines, and asset delivery across multiple markets
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and alignment sessions
• Report on milestones and execution status to support timely decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or genuine interest in trading card games, gaming, fan communities, consumer products
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in project management, marketing operations, or similar roles (essential)
• Strong project planning and organisational skills to bring clarity and momentum
• Experience using project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plus
• Confident in managing multiple projects with changing priorities
