Associate Sales Engineer, UK&I

📋 Description

• Become an expert on Samsara products, hardware, and sensors.
• Lead discovery calls to understand logistics, fleet maintenance, and asset management needs.
• Provide demos and technical coverage across the Samsara Sales Team.
• Explain device installation, carrier networks, and IoT deployments.
• Educate customers on APIs and deploy test scripts using the Samsara API.
• Serve as liaison between product and sales, guiding feedback and beta programs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• 1+ years experience with customers in pre-sales or support.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
• Well-versed in cloud software, networking, automation and control systems.
• Experience tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles is a plus.
