Associate Scientist – BioPharma Sciences

📋 Description

• Perform study activities from setup through data generation with increasing independence
• Support method development, qualification, and validation; contribute to assay optimization
• Process data and prepare summaries for review by senior scientists
• Troubleshoot routine assay or instrument issues; escalate complex challenges appropriately
• Maintain documentation in compliance with study protocols, SOPs & GLP requirements
• Ensure proper sample identification, handling, and tracking per GLP standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 1–3 years in a
• Hands-on experience in a GLP-regulated lab
• Experience with ligand binding assays (LBA) such as ELISA, MSD or similar immunoassays
• Working knowledge of assay workflows including sample prep, reagent handling, and plate-based assays
• Basic understanding of assay performance characteristics (precision, accuracy, sensitivity
• Strong attention to detail in SOP-driven and regulated environments
