📋 Description

• Develop organic chemistry processes and scale-up for therapies (small molecules/ADC).
• Support process chemistry and manufacturing controls at commercial sites.
• Interact with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring therapies to market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or Master’s) with 3+ years’ experience or equivalent
• Strong synthetic organic chemistry, purification, and spectral analysis skills
• Problem solving, data analysis, and good communication
