Prepare prototype formulations for exploratory studies
Develop oral, topical, and IV dosage forms for feasibility studies
Measure key formulation properties (solubility, hardness, disintegration, pH, isotonicity)
Assess stability and performance in vitro (dissolution, precipitation)
Identify stability issues with prototype formulations
Develop prep protocols for preclinical/clinical sites

🎯 Requirements

Experience with drug formulation and pre-formulation
Experience with amorphous solid dispersions and modified release tablets
Basic chemistry lab experience
Experience with lab equipment, mechanically inclined
Characterization techniques: Raman, thermal analysis, dissolution
Strong computer and organizational skills
