📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring for Guidepoint UK
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels.
• Build relationships with UK universities, careers teams and student organisations.
• Represent Guidepoint at careers fairs, networking events and employer branding activities.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination and offer processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
