executes testing scripts in all IT environments, tracking progress per Defect Management Cycle.
identifies defects/bugs and reports metrics to stakeholders.
supports peers and is active in Scrum team activities.

🎯 Requirements

0-2 Years of experience in Testing.
Knowledge of testing phases in all IT environments
Experience with Agile project delivery methodology
Willingness to own defects through to resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to identifying risks and issues
