Associate Solutions Architect (French or German fluency)

📋 Description

• Trusted advisor to SMB EMEA prospects/customers on GitLab DevSecOps platform
• Own technical evaluations, workshops, and proof of value initiatives
• Shape solution architectures and liaise with Product Management
• Drive platform adoption and contribute to revenue growth through solution selling
• Engage in pre-sales engagements onsite and remote
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years in pre-sales/consulting or similar customer-facing architecture roles
• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with cloud computing concepts and deployment/security/operations discussions
• Ability to lead technical evaluations (POCs/POVs), tenders, audits, and design/value workshops
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships with internal teams
