📋 Description

• Own onboarding and translate client preferences into system settings.
• Explain integrations with email, calendar, CRM, and property management systems.
• Support clients with issue reproduction and impact analysis.
• Investigate bugs using SQL, logs, and data sources; document findings clearly.
• Communicate fixes and updates to clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-3 years in a similar role
• Experience with support software/CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with CS degree, bootcamp, or equivalent
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
