Associate Sourcing Specialist (R4464)

📋 Description

• Execute and manage purchase orders (POs) for indirect spend categories—ensuring accuracy, timely
• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT to source and procure
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to achieve optimal value and support budget
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s ERP system (Deltek Costpoint), including
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding for indirect vendors, ensuring compliance with Shield
• Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast indirect procurement needs and identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing, with a focus on indirect
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume transactional work while maintaining
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with internal teams
