Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to secure resources for development
Source and procure mechanical commodities for aerospace/defense programs.
Lead supplier quotations, pricing, lead times, and purchase orders.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Review drawings, BOMs, and engineering changes with suppliers.
Support NPI activities with supplier quotes and prototype builds.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain for manufacturing/aerospace.
Experience sourcing mechanical commodities: machined parts, sheet metal, weldments, fasteners
Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and specs.
Experience obtaining quotations and managing purchase orders.
Understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, welding, assembly).
