📋 Description

• Analyze training needs through a needs assessment process, consulting with key stakeholders to
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain learning content
• Facilitate online and live instructor-led training sessions for DigiCert.
• Act as project leader in managing deliverables, schedules, and overall implementation of programs.
• Create complex virtual lab environments that supports our virtual, instructor-led training
• Contribute innovative approaches to field enablement by keeping current with new learning methods

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience working with enterprise PKI deployments, implementations, certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or work experience or CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server platforms.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Experience with service-based architectures and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
