Associate, Sustainability

📋 Description

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, metrics, and best practices
• Coordinate ESG strategy discussions within the company
• Collect, track, and analyze sustainability disclosure data
• Support ESG reporting with write-ups and standards compliance
• Assist in implementing sustainability programmes and initiatives
• Prepare materials for external events and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Sustainability, Environment or related fields (preferred)
• 1-2 years ESG experience (risk, climate, supply chain, reporting)
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks (HKEx, GRI, TCFD) preferred
• Strong planning, project management, interpersonal skills
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Proficient English and Chinese written and spoken
