  • Own end-to-end hiring for FINN's Growth team (Sales, AM, Marketing).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
  • Source and nurture top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to uphold our hiring bar.
  • Leverage data and AI tools to optimize funnel health and speed.
  • Collaborate with People team to improve recruiting processes in Lever ATS.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent communication and candidate relationships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical, detail-oriented.
  • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, hands-on; balances quality and speed.
  • Resilient, adaptable with growth mindset; open to feedback.
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
  • Nice to have: experience in Talent Acquisition/HR.
