Associate Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Support hiring for Software Engineering, Autonomy, Robotics, Embedded Software, Infrastructure, ML
• Manage candidate pipelines from outreach through interviews
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess fit and motivations
• Build pipelines with sourcers and senior recruiters for hard-to-find talent
• Source and engage candidates across aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, automotive
• Coordinate with hiring managers to resolve pipeline blockers and maintain communication

🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years of recruiting experience, preferably with technical/engineering exposure
• Experience supporting software engineering or technical searches
• Experience managing multiple open roles and pipelines
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and screening skills
• Interest in developing deeper software engineering recruiting expertise
• Excellent communication and organization, with ability to work in fast-paced environments
