🎯 Requirements

• Kubernetes basics; cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Programming languages: Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL.
• Strong customer-facing communication to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS or tech, focused on customer success.
• Solution-oriented mindset and proactive problem solving.
