Service and configure enterprise level access control, CCTV, DVR/NVR, alarms
Travel to customer sites in company provided vehicle throughout Chicagoland Area, Southern
Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations
Interface with customer personnel, develop relationships and provide training
Use technical manuals and manufacturer support to troubleshoot problems
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Associate or technical degree; experienced in installing and programming access control systems
Ability to obtain a valid PERC
Must read, write, speak, and understand English
Knowledge of computer networks, switches, IP addresses, routers, and modems
Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
