📋 Description

• Join a small in house counsel team responsible for providing strategic and commercial legal
• The Attorney role is based in our London office (Paddington) and the successful applicant will join
• The Attorney is responsible for providing commercial legal advice and support on commercial
• Collaborates with the Corporate Legal Affairs team to ensure legal advice, contracts align with
• Provides local expertise in support of the design, implementation and rollout of D&B’s standard
• Provides strategic legal advice on commercial requirements in product development and contributes

🎯 Requirements

• A Master of Laws degree is required
• Qualified to practice in England and Wales with 2026 SRA practicing certificate
• Commercial legal experience, 4+ years from the financial industry, in-house legal counsel, or UK
• Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• A good understanding of licensing models and how a Data & Analytics or Tech business works
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
