Audio Content Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage audio/video content production and publishing pipeline.
• Define content volume targets and monitor progress.
• Identify gaps, diagnose challenges, and take corrective actions.
• Analyze performance metrics and build reports/dashboards.
• Improve service growth via new content sources and monetization.
• Collaborate with Product/Production/AI teams to launch initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in content operations, audio/video production, or digital projects.
• Strong metrics, funnels, retention analysis, KPI management.
• Ability to set goals, track performance, deliver results.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian (C1+); Spanish/Chinese a plus.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Basic understanding of audio/video production processes.
