Audio Engineer (Speech / TTS Audio Specialist) – French

📋 Description

• Edit and process French voice recordings for TTS, ASR, and AI systems.
• Perform audio cleanup: silence trim, breath reduction, de-clicking, de-essing, noise reduction.
• Quality checks for clipping, distortion, background noise, artifacts, loudness.
• Ensure recordings meet technical specs for ML training.
• Evaluate pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, pacing.
• Identify and fix audio defects affecting dataset quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native French, strong listening skills.
• Experience editing speech/voice/dialogue recordings.
• Understanding of pro audio quality standards.
• Hands-on with iZotope RX and Pro Tools.
• Diagnose audio artifacts, noise, distortion, defects.
• Experience with high-volume datasets or large projects.
