🎯 Requirements

315 years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic Pro, Ableton)
Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
