Audio Visual Production Manager

📋 Description

• AV lead for cross-functional production planning
• Coordinate AV crews and on-site execution across large-scale events
• Serve as a key client partner to ensure flawless delivery
• Shape how we bring extraordinary experiences to life on projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in large-scale corporate event production, with 3–4 years in a technical PM
• Strong understanding of live event AV systems (audio, video, lighting) and rigging safety
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to production crews and clients
• Proven experience creating proposals and run-of-show documentation for large meetings
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a solutions-first approach
• Proficient in Vectorworks / AutoCAD; project management software preferred
