Audit Associate (Remote, USA-Based)

📋 Description

• Onboard new audit clients and set up workflows
• Perform day-to-day audit tasks: risk assessment, planning, fieldwork
• Use company software for audit, reporting, and compliance
• Prepare audit schedules, management letters, reconciliations
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in auditing, accounting, or tax
• Turkish CPA (SMMM) or YMM is a bonus
• Public accounting or external audit experience a plus
• US GAAP and/or IFRS experience a plus
• Excellent English communication; interviews in English
