📋 Description

• Estimate repair costs from photos and data, focusing on accuracy and turnaround
• Coordinate with repair shops for quotes, pricing, and service details
• Schedule repair appointments for vehicles sent to facilities
• Process and organize invoices for repair services
• Respond to management with updates on scheduling and status
• Support high-volume estimating in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Computer skills, workflow tools, customer service, professional communication
• License: Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
• Work Authorization: Legally able to work in Canada
• Location: Able to commute to Enfield, Nova Scotia
• Availability: Full-time, 40h/week, overtime as needed
