Auto Insurance Product Development Manager

📋 Description

• Design and develop new insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
• Lead state expansion by building and launching pricing models for new states
• Own research and proposal of new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
• Own end-to-end rollout from pricing analysis to launch and post-launch monitoring
• Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance pricing accuracy and analytics
• Collaborate with actuarial, product, and compliance teams for regulator-ready features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance product development experience; auto experience preferred
• Proven ability to build or launch insurance products or pricing enhancements
• Experience supporting state expansion and regulatory readiness
• Hands-on AI/ML application to pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows
• Strong regulatory modeling and multi-state compliance knowledge
• Ability to translate market research into pricing/product recommendations
