Auto Litigation Specialist - RSLA

📋 Description

• Manage complex disputes in automotive claims and total loss lifecycle.
• Focus on vehicle relocation, towing, storage, repair facilities, and lien-related matters.
• Work across Claims, Salvage, Finance, Legal, and external partners to reduce financial exposure.
• Coordinate investigation, negotiation, financial analysis, and litigation coordination.
• Influence vendors and develop strategies to resolve complex files and challenge unnecessary costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in claims handling, preferably Auto Claims, Total Loss, Subrogation
• Strong negotiation, dispute-resolution, and conflict-management skills; ability to influence
• Ability to analyze financial exposure, costs and benefits; make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document complex files for stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of RSLA and vehicle relocation processes is preferred. Experience with legal counsel
