Coordinate across automation, supply chain, production, and development operations
Develop standardized procedures to improve shop throughput and safety
Manage modular automation assets from raw material to handoff
Drive design updates to address manufacturing issues and obsolescence

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
2+ years in design, manufacturing, or production of mechanical/electrical hardware
Experience in DFMEA/PFMEA, SPC, and tooling design for manufacturability
Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (NX, Catia, SolidWorks or equivalent)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
