  • Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections, including stationary checks and road tests
  • Diagnose mechanical and safety issues; identify repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Provide repair recommendations based on inspection results
  • Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs (brakes, suspension, tires, battery, fluids)
  • Document repairs, maintenance, and inspection findings in Clutch systems
  • Communicate effectively with reconditioning staff, service leads, and management

  • 3+ years automotive technician experience with diagnostics and repair
  • Experience with domestic, import, and European vehicle brands
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Slack, and inspection tools
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Full-time schedule (40 hrs/wk, overtime as needed)
