📋 Description

  • Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections, including stationary checks and road tests
  • Diagnose and assess mechanical and safety issues, identifying necessary repairs and preventative
  • Provide recommendations on repairs and best course of action based on inspection results
  • Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs, such as brake jobs, suspension work, tire services
  • Document all repairs, maintenance work, and inspection findings accurately in Clutch systems
  • Adhere to Clutch’s mechanical and safety standards, contributing to ongoing process improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of automotive technician experience, including mechanical diagnostics and repair
  • Experience working with a variety of vehicle brands (domestic, import, and European)
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, inspection documentation tools)
