Automotive Inspection Manager

📋 Description

• Lead daily operations of the vehicle inspection dept
• Manage a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards
• Oversee inspections, diagnostics, repair recommendations, QC
• Monitor production timelines and ensure on-schedule completion
• Establish and monitor department KPIs and production metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years automotive experience with at least 3 in leadership
• Strong understanding of inspections, diagnostics, repair processes, quality standards
• Experience managing technicians, apprentices, inspectors, or production teams
• 310S License strongly preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
